Responsibilities:      

• Responsibility for the after-sales business in Southern China. Reporting to the line manager in Shanghai.
  
• Commissioning, maintenance, calibration and breakdown repair of complete range of Loma products
  
• Completing all necessary paperwork, keep electronic database up-to-date
  
• Answer to technical questions from customers and to give training
• Promote customer support business
• Contribute to improve the quality of China customer service delivery                         
• Travel around China and Asia may be required occasionally

 

Requested Candidate Profile

 

Education:                                      

University Major – Electrical or Electronics Engineering

Experience:                                

Experienced in Field Machinery Repair

Other skills:                                    

• Good PC literacy                                                
• Good organization and time management skills                                                       
• Good team work skills
• Good Written and Verbal English
